Is there a minimum order for corporate or bulk orders?
No fixed minimum. We produce anything from a handful of pieces for a podium to hundreds for a full member roster. Volume pricing kicks in as quantities grow, so the more you order the lower the per-piece cost.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Bulk orders are quoted with tiered volume pricing on top of our standard range (prints from A$99, framed from A$149). Tell us your courses, quantity and finish and we'll send a quote.
Can you add our company logo or event branding?
Yes. Each piece can carry a custom title, event name, date and message, and we can add your logo or event branding to match your event or company.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, talk to us. The standard arrangement is one bulk shipment to a single location, and we deliver to over 50 countries. If your pieces need to reach more than one address (client and staff gifting, say), raise it when you enquire and we'll confirm what we can arrange as part of your quote.
What are the lead times for an event or deadline?
Every piece is made to order, so lead time depends on quantity, finish and destination. Share your deadline when you enquire and we'll confirm a production and delivery schedule that hits it.
